Description
The Ascot leather Grackle bridle features a Comfort padded head piece, with a raised softly padded browband and noseband. The Grackle has a fluffy synthetic sheepskin centre pad, and features leather discs behind the rings to help prevent the ring rubbing the cheek bones.
The Mexican style grackle is commonly used for cross-country and show jumping, designed as a traditional grackle to help to keep the horse from crossing their jaw and opening their mouth but with rings as connectors allowing a higher position above the cheekbones, this higher angle allows for more expansion of the nostrils, which is preferable for horses performing work involving galloping.
